Overview
The development is for a Child Development Centre (CDC) which will be a specialist community resource facility providing for childern with disabilities.
The new building comprises of 4 floors and is of an RC frame construction with render and curtain walling.
Our remitt was to provide external scaffold to the entire building for metsec framing, blockwork construction and render.
The scaffold was fully boarded with a monarflex farme to two elevations clad in BBCL logo sheeting.
As well as external scaffold there were loading gantries for cabin support, protection decks for parked cars, pavement gantry to Downs Park Rd, Haki staircase full height, debris netting to all other elevations, protections fans, various leading edge protection and internal birdcage scaffolds.
