Overview
This project was completed by Balfour Beatty some years ago but we were asked to provide access scaffold as some cladding panels had become dangerous and needed replacing.
There were five elevations that required scaffold and due to the fact the whole area was an active and very busy shopping centre lots of safe systems of work were required. This was a very challanging project and a lot of careful design and planning was needed.
All the scaffolds were fully boarded independents with debris netting and loading bays attached. The Starbucks elevation was a very complex area and all works had to be done at night to minimise distrubtion to the general public.
