Overview
The building when completed will be a One Stop Primary Care Centre (OSPCC) with an outpatients's department and various community support functions.
The building is to be constructed with a steel frame and concrete floors.
Our remitt was to erect a designed external independent scaffold to the perimeter with generally 5 boarded levels which will be subsequently adapted into 1.5m lifts for blockwork and then returned in 2.0m lifts for renderer. The perimeter of the building is approx. 186.0m.
In addition to the above scaffolds we also provided external loadings bays, system staircase for access. monarflex sheeting complete with frame, Debris netting to all other elevations, protection fans to road elevations, hoist scaffold, internal laydowns to risers, lift shaft scaffolds, birdcage scaffolds to top of stairs, beamed birdcage inside the main waiting area, internal & external handrail requirements.
