Overview
Hill Partnerships are constructing 2no. Residential blocks one at 4 storey and the other at 8. The building will be RC frame construction with brickwork, metsec and render finishes. The project also incorporating a courtyard podium and basement.
Our remit is raise a brickwork scaffold in 1.5m lifts full height for construction then adapt lifts into storey lift heights for following trades.
As well as the main external independent scaffolds we will be erecting hoist scaffolds, protection fans, pavement gantry, haki stairs, cantilevered platforms into the lift shafts for lift engineers, laydowns to voids, various edge protection and debris netting to all faces.
