Overview
Rok has been awarded this £3.5m contract for the centre which will house ten doctors, a dentist, optometrist and pharmacy. Traditionally built, the centre will have a basement car park and a tiled roof. The work, which includes an access road and foot bridge over the river Pinn, will take a year to complete.
The scaffolding is all traditional 4+2 bricklayers 1.5m lifts complete with brickguards.
