Overview
RC frame building comprising new open plan office accommodation and one stop shop facility for Hackney Council and it's residents.
The main scaffold to the building is a massive internal support birdcage erected for access to perimeter walls and to support a steel dia-grid roof with each section weighing approx. 15 ton each. Work is due to commence in September 2008
