Overview
As part of the Building Schools for the Future programme we are pleased to be involved with this project with Balfour's.
The project is mostly refurbishment of the existing school with a new build section added on.
The refurb scaffold was a basic fully boarded independent scaffold erect to the perimeter of the building but at the roof area we had to get in a 200ton mobile crane to lift up 2no. 15.0m long beamed sections to span the roofs and enable access to the chimney stacks.
