Overview
2no. Residential blocks comprising of 211no. 1 to 5 bed apartments incorporating a courtyard podium and basement. The building will be a mix of steel frame & RC frame structures.
Our remit was to erect an independent scaffold to all external elevations for brickwork, metsec, cladding and window installation.
As well as the external scaffolds but not exhaustive we provided cantilevered loading bays to all blocks, perimeter edge protection to all levels, lift shaft scaffold, haki staircase, protection fans and debris netting to all external elevations.
The project is due to be completed in springtime 2008
